Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to Sales Executives to enhance their performance and professional development.
Attend to key customer enquiries, resolve escalated customer issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Oversee the entire sales process, including customer enquiries, property viewing arrangements, booking, SPA signing, and collection of differential payments to ensure smooth execution.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure effective sales campaigns and excellent customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant statutory requirements throughout the sales process.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans to achieve business objectives.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good business acumen.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required for sales events or launches.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to communicate with a wider range of customers.
Junior Project Executive
Responsibilities
To provide pre-sales technical supports, e.g. requirement meetings and discussions.
To attend project/site meetings, understand project requirements, accept responsibility for internal related matters such as negotiating on delivery time.
To prepare the project task and delivery schedule/planner, complying with the customer project timeline.
To monitor and document project progress and manage it so as to meet the expected dateline.
To ensure internal resources are channel to meet project time-line implementation.
To act as the main contact person (single point of contact) to the customer for project-related matters.
To engage a third-party contractor for the job at sites (if necessary) such as cabling work and mounting.
To provide consultation for customer on project-related matters.
To carry out post-project monitoring by staying in touch with the customer to know
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Preferably executive specialized in Property Development or equivalent.
Able to coordinate between Architect, Consultants, contractors, local authorities for the smooth execution of the project
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active, able to work independently and positive thinking Proficient in written & spoken in English
Well versed in Microsoft Office and Auto cad software
Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be advantage)
