Managing Director

Dato' Lau Kim San (D.I.M.P)

Beginning as an air-conditioning technician in Johor and Melaka, Dato’ Lau built his own businesses from 1994, later moving into wire-harness and cable manufacturing and leading Master Tec Group, listed on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market. In 2010 he founded the group through Faithview Realty and has been central to its expansion.

Executive Director

Mr. Chong Kah Khen

Mr. Chong holds a law degree from the University of Leeds and has practised as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia since 1998, leading conveyancing work at his own firms. He joined the group in 2018 as Executive Director of Budi Panorama, overseeing daily operations and guiding legal and regulatory compliance across projects.
